You waive the right to participate in any class action or jury trial, as detailed in the Dispute Resolution section.

Our platform allows individuals worldwide to create and share educational content ("instructors") and enables students to access this content ("students"). Through our marketplace model, we aim to provide valuable, diverse educational content to our users. These Terms cover all activities on the AcademyIgnite website, mobile applications, TV applications, APIs, and other related services ("Services").
2. Additional Policies
By publishing a course on AcademyIgnite, you agree to our Instructor Terms. We value your privacy and outline how we handle student and instructor personal data in our Privacy Policy. If you are part of an employer-sponsored learning program, additional privacy practices are detailed in the AcademyIgnite Business Privacy Statement. These Instructor Terms, Privacy Policy, and other relevant policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Consent to Communications
Our website and applications may transmit certain information about your browsing and app activities to third-party providers who support AcademyIgnite's services. By using our Services, you consent to these communications and data sharing as described in our Privacy Policy.

An account is required to purchase and access content or to submit content for publication. When creating and managing your account, you must provide and maintain accurate, up-to-date information, including a valid email address. You bear full responsibility for your account and any activity associated with it, including potential harm or damage to others resulting from unauthorized use. Please safeguard your password carefully. You may not transfer your account to others or use someone else’s account. If you learn of unauthorized access or suspect a security breach, contact our Support Team immediately, and we may ask for verification details to confirm ownership of the account.
Age Requirements
To create an account on AcademyIgnite, students and instructors must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 but meet the age required for online consent in your country (such as 13 in the United States or 16 in Ireland), you may only access AcademyIgnite content through an account created by a parent or guardian. Users below this age threshold may not create an AcademyIgnite account. Accounts violating these age requirements will be terminated. Instructors may need to verify their identity to submit content for publication as per the Instructor Terms.
Account Termination
You can terminate your account anytime by following the steps provided in your account settings. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand what happens to your data upon account termination.
