1. No Refunds on Purchases

Once a course is purchased on AcademyIgnite, we do not offer refunds. All course purchases are final.

2. Course Cancellation and Credit Issuance

If you are not satisfied with a course, you may cancel your purchase within [specific timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of enrollment. Upon cancellation, we will issue the full amount of your original purchase as a credit to your AcademyIgnite wallet. This credit can be used to purchase other courses on our platform.

Please Note:

  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Credits do not expire and remain in your AcademyIgnite wallet for future use.
  • Credits will be issued for the exact amount paid, and no additional fees will be applied to these credits.

3. How to Cancel a Course

To cancel a course and receive credit in your wallet, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Account Settings.
  2. Select My Courses and locate the course you wish to cancel.
  3. Click on Cancel Purchase and confirm.

Upon successful cancellation, the credited amount will appear in your wallet immediately.
